By late spring, Facebook's leadership had agreed to rely on advertising, "with the ads discreetly presented", by 2010, Facebook became profitable. she oversees the firm's business operations including sales, marketing, business development, human resources, public policy, and communications.

She helped facebook to come out of biggest problems like Russian interference in the 2016 election etc.

She played a very important role to acquire Instagram and Whatsapp by Facebook.

But there is another fact:-

It’s very hard to turn down Mark Zuckerberg from CEO of Facebook Because he has a special share in the company that gives him 60% of voting power.

the tech giant has dual-class shares. Facebook's Class B shares are controlled by Zuckerberg and a small group of insiders and have 10 votes per share. Class A shares only have one vote per share. The end result is that Zuckerberg and those insiders control almost 60% of the voting shares in Facebook.
